Corwin new car sales manager promised documents would be mailed to us. Documents have not arrived after waiting four weeks. We wanted proof of additional coverage which was never disclosed to us when we signed the lease agreement. More

Purchased a vehicle from Alex over the phone, the following day when I went to pick up my jeep Alex couldn't make it so I finished the deal with Gavin. After purchasing a few accessories for my vehic following day when I went to pick up my jeep Alex couldn't make it so I finished the deal with Gavin. After purchasing a few accessories for my vehicle I was sent to Christian for financing where his main goal was to sell us additional warranty which we didn't want. Finally he agreed to take a certain amount off the vehicle and the warranty. On our way home I thought I had paid more than we had agreed on so I opened the envelope they give you with all your paperwork and there is no bill of sale. I finally talked to Christian and told him about the price difference, All he had to say was that I signed the contract it was a done deal. I told him I was bringing the jeep back so he said I would have to talk to his manager. His manager Isaac found Christian's mistake right away so I told him to cancel the warranty, instead he said he would cut me a check. It's been over two weeks, no check and Alex doesn't answer my text and Isaac will not return my call. Worst car buying experience in my life. More
