Honest and upfront Sabina showed me my options and was very knowledgeable. Bella closed the sale and showed me how to use the technology system and was very informative. . The one suggestion I have is the $495 protective paint and interior nonnegotiable addition. When you say are car costs a certain amount and then make it a requirement to have the $495 because it is already on the car that is false advertising. If it’s on the car it should be in the price not after the fact. not cool. Over all I’m extremely happy with my car and the dealership. More

She was able to walk me though the car set up with ease. Isabela seemed genuinely excited about my new purchase, which made me feel special. Hoffman Estates Audi is a business model all other dealerships should model. I recently looked at Mercedes and a Cadillac, and those experiences didn’t even come close. 5 stars for sure. More
