Again, I had to wait for over an hour before I even spoke with my service manager. My service then took an additional hour. I needed up waiting for over 2 hours for an oil change. On top of that the service with my service manager. My service then took an additional hour. I needed up waiting for over 2 hours for an oil change. On top of that the service manager that took care of my car was rude and dismissive of the time I wasted at this location. I have since began to take my car 45 mins north of where I live to service my car@ Lexus of Viera. I am pleased with the car and attention they give me! More
