Always Great Service! We purchased a CPO RX350 from Bakersfield but we live in the Central Coast. So we have been taking our car to DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara for service We purchased a CPO RX350 from Bakersfield but we live in the Central Coast. So we have been taking our car to DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara for service and they have always been accommodating, thorough and friendly. We live about 80 miles North of Santa Barbara and they have provided us with a loaner car and brought our car back to us when it is through. They have even washed the car and this time they added gasoline. Isaiah assisted us both times we took our car to this dealership and his communication skills and follow-through are amazing. We highly recommend doing your business with DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara! More

25 thousand check up The service was excellent They said one hour and a half it was done to the minute in my business that means a lot we asked to be dropped off at a rest The service was excellent They said one hour and a half it was done to the minute in my business that means a lot we asked to be dropped off at a restaurant nearby and Isaiah had a car for right on the time specified. Totally and Completely Satisfied When you your check engine light comes on it's time for concern .... It's also time to visit DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara .... they came out and picked up my car and left a loaner to drive in the mean time. They accurately diagnosed my vehicle and fixed it in an efficient amount of time. Upon finishing the repairs they delivered the vehicle back to my home.
