Didn’t talk about Final price of the vehicle came out to, never talked about warranty on the vehicle just assume to put it on there and lo jack and z guard. Never once mentioned it being put on the vehicle p never talked about warranty on the vehicle just assume to put it on there and lo jack and z guard. Never once mentioned it being put on the vehicle pricing. I would still like it removed on my pricing. Still waiting to find out how that warranty cancellation check and where that is going to. In the future if I would be coming back the sale man that I had needs to be trained better and not have me going to five different places until the sale is complete, he was to worry about making Commission and when I asked about why the z guard and the lo jack was put on my pricing for some reason he didn’t have time for me anymore? Witch I thought me being a customer I was priority but I guess after making a sale at Zeigler you are not important anymore. More

Went to Zeigler to buy a new Santa Fe cash sale. After a couple hours we came to a price that was acceptable. During closing on the vehicle I was told they needed my SS number. I told them I have ne After a couple hours we came to a price that was acceptable. During closing on the vehicle I was told they needed my SS number. I told them I have never had to submit an SS number to buy a car with cash. They insisted it was required. I called another new car dealer I'm familiar with and was told that the SS number was absolutely was NOT REQUIRED. Needless to say, didn't buy a car there. Will be going to another dealer that won't lie to me trying to access my SS number. This was not the sales person's fault. Was lied to by the finance people. More

Isaiah was polite and professional with the car sale. I came in to look at 1 car. I called earlier and the receptionist said it was ready, it wasn't so we waited. Liked the car and bought it. Two cosmeti I came in to look at 1 car. I called earlier and the receptionist said it was ready, it wasn't so we waited. Liked the car and bought it. Two cosmetic issues it had, the parts were ordered to be replace. The car also had a fragrance issue that wouldn't go away, we figured out what it was and took it back to the dealer 5 days after buying. Isaiah got it right into the service dept. The service dept cleaned the air cowal vent that had melted fragrance beads and replaced the mirror that came in. Word to the wise always check the air filters, esp. the cabin one after buying a car. More
