I purchased a 2019 Duramax from this dealer and the process went Smooth Isiah was amazing. 7 months later I have traded this truck off and came in to cancel my Gap and warranty service I paid for. I wa process went Smooth Isiah was amazing. 7 months later I have traded this truck off and came in to cancel my Gap and warranty service I paid for. I was reassured by a Finance manager that the process would take 4-5 weeks and I would get the check. A month later I have not seen the check and I called to check on every thing. This is where the nightmare begins. Calls after calls and messages after message no one will return a call or help me. I finally vent my frustrations to a manager then he tells me the process was never completed. I show up in person and was told a different story and promised me a email that night. Now 2 months later no email, no phone call and no check. Rinse and repeat on leaving messages and no phone calls back and empty promises of communication. I have never had this big of a problem and after reading other reviews this seems normal for McCarty has a whole. Do your research and highly recommend you do not use this dealer! More
