He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. I really appreciated how honest and transparent he was. I never felt pressured or like I was being talked into unnecessary services. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of as a customer.
