From the very beginning, Isaac was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly communicative. He never rushed me, never talked down to me, and never once made me feel like I was “that customer” for asking questions or wanting clarity. Quite the opposite, he welcomed it. What stood out most was Isaac’s honesty and professionalism. When numbers needed to be corrected, he corrected them. When something wasn’t included, he explained it clearly and laid out the options without pressure. Everything was explained upfront, documented, and handled exactly as promised. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons, no games in the finance office. He was also extremely respectful of my time. He proactively worked to minimize time in the dealership, handled as much as possible asynchronously, and made sure delivery day was smooth and efficient. That matters a lot, especially when life is busy. Beyond all of that, Isaac is just a genuinely good person. Kind, grounded, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. You can tell he actually cares about the experience, not just closing a deal. That’s rare. If you’re considering BMW of Orland Park, ask for Isaac. I went to this dealership 3 times in the last month for 3 different issues. Each time Mr. Grace took care of everything, explained what needed to be done and gave me good prices.
