After buying my BMW X5 I feel like I’ve been swindled, hog tied and hoodwinked! The salesman was great until the deal was sealed then he kinda disappeared stopped returning my text or calls. Totally non-responsive I think his name was Brandon but he never gave me his business card so I really don’t know. Now almost 3 months after that debacle they’re still on resolved issues with that monstrosity of a car.. I was promised an extra key fob because I didn’t receive one during the purchase process. They told me they would order one now everybody’s got their hands in their pockets and turn away when I show up for updates. There’s also a part that was missing and they promise to replace it again no response to my inquiries on when it’s gonna happen.. The part is a park light.- center council. I think my investigation that the car was a disaster automobile. It comes from a dealership in Hawaii. It also had paperwork indicating that it was a Rent-A-Car. The paint was all stained and etched by acid.? I was promised the paint would be restored. It was only made worse after holding onto it for 15 days.. The person who tried to make me buy warranty insurance after the deal. I indicated that I did not want to buy the warranty. The car came with a warranty. She went on for many minutes asking why why why I would not buy her warranty- it was torture! I do not want to be one of those ones who got jammed and as time goes on, let it go -I’m not letting it go. It goes on and on, but I’ll leave it here. More

Working with Isaac at BMW of Orland Park was genuinely one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. This was not a simple transaction. There were moving pieces, timing constraints, and a lot o one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. This was not a simple transaction. There were moving pieces, timing constraints, and a lot of details that needed to be handled cleanly and transparently. From the very beginning, Isaac was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly communicative. He never rushed me, never talked down to me, and never once made me feel like I was “that customer” for asking questions or wanting clarity. Quite the opposite, he welcomed it. What stood out most was Isaac’s honesty and professionalism. When numbers needed to be corrected, he corrected them. When something wasn’t included, he explained it clearly and laid out the options without pressure. Everything was explained upfront, documented, and handled exactly as promised. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons, no games in the finance office. He was also extremely respectful of my time. He proactively worked to minimize time in the dealership, handled as much as possible asynchronously, and made sure delivery day was smooth and efficient. That matters a lot, especially when life is busy. Beyond all of that, Isaac is just a genuinely good person. Kind, grounded, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things the right way. You can tell he actually cares about the experience, not just closing a deal. That’s rare. If you’re considering BMW of Orland Park, ask for Isaac. I would work with him again without hesitation and genuinely hope he continues to succeed. BMW is lucky to have him. More

I purchased my 2024 BMW from BMW of Orland Park in May 2025 and have always serviced my vehicle here. My remote start never worked, which I only discovered once Chicago weather turned cold. BMW Custome 2025 and have always serviced my vehicle here. My remote start never worked, which I only discovered once Chicago weather turned cold. BMW Customer Support confirmed the vehicle missed a software update while in dealer possession and needed a manual update. Despite this, Deon in service dismissed the issue and refused to speak with BMW Support. A BMW Genius, Mark, incorrectly told me my vehicle did not have remote start and even suggested driving 1,000 miles for an update, which BMW later confirmed was false. The vehicle was returned with air in the tire and no resolution. I ultimately had to fix the issue myself after hours of research. This should have been a simple software update, and the service experience was extremely disappointing. More
