My experience at Kia of Austin dealership was phenomenal! Luis, Jacqueline, Vicky, Behnam, and Hannah were so amazing! I felt so at ease working with them! They took a lot of pressure off of me by taking the Luis, Jacqueline, Vicky, Behnam, and Hannah were so amazing! I felt so at ease working with them! They took a lot of pressure off of me by taking the process one step at a time. I moved to Austin with a 2021 Kia Soul and I left the dealership with a brand new 2026 Kia Seltos! I am so grateful for them working with me and would recommend anyone to either one of them. The communication within the company is so clear and they genuinely want to create and establish a relationship with their clients/customers. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and not pressured. I can’t say that about the many places I have been. You will remember the warmth from them and understand what I mean when I say they truly care. Solid! More
