Brought the car in for A1 service on Dec 15th, 2025 Ivette told me it would cost $149.95. I asked her 'was A1 service covered by Honda for new car?' because I bought the car at this dealer, and it just Ivette told me it would cost $149.95. I asked her 'was A1 service covered by Honda for new car?' because I bought the car at this dealer, and it just has 10026 miles. She looked into her computer and said it's covered. She also told me that there was a software update and it takes couple hours to do it. I chose to do A1 service only. 4 Next day Dec 16th, 3025 brought the car in for software update. Clayton Einck finished the update and a free car wash in 1.30 hours. Excellent services. 5 Why did HONDA not notify me about the very concern software update ? I only found out it about when I brought the car in for A1 service. 1 More
