Bought a 2016 BMW 750i from this dealer. The car only had 29K miles and was in pretty good condition. I was verbally told that the car is in perfect working condition and unfortunately that was not the had 29K miles and was in pretty good condition. I was verbally told that the car is in perfect working condition and unfortunately that was not the case. We mentioned to the sales consultant and manager that the rear power sunshade is not working probably. The dealer said that they would take care of this and it shouldn't be a problem. After about a 6 week run around was finally told by the General Manger Rick Ayash whom came across as very confrontational from the get go that nothing was going to be done about this and we were on our own. We understand that we had purchased a pre-owned vehicle however there are ways to treat a customer and the way Rick treated us is DEFINETLEY NOT THE WAY. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this dealer or make any other purchases from any MOTOR WERKS dealers. More

I must say this was a wonderful car buying experience. I came to Motor Werks looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everyth came to Motor Werks looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everything I wanted on it. I ended up going to another dealership. I decided to stop looking at 2017s a move forward onto the 2020s. I didn't like the terms of other dealership.😡😡😡 I was thinking about going back to Motor Werks to give them a shot on a 2020, and what do you know? Rick called me out of the blue to check on me. I made it known that I was now interested in a 2020. I told Rick my terms and what the other dealership was offering. Not only did I get a 2020 Escalade, but Motor Werks gave me a better discount and top notch service.❤❤❤ Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting on me. Herb and Izabella took good care of me. Rick (manager) and the entire team made sure it was a smooth process. Now we know when we get to the financing part that is where we have to sit there watch them peck at that dam calculator.😡 Well that was a smooth process as well. I said, "Lord you want me to have my birthday present!" 🤣 Let's just say, I never brought the same vehicle twice. I currently still have a paid-for 2008 Esclade. However, I don't think there is any luxury truck that can beat the Escalade. Big ups to the entire staff at Motor Werks. I HATE buying cars and I hate sitting with the financing guy.🤣🤣 As I do not have bad credit, but that part of the process works my NERVES. Claudiu Timofta seal the deal and made it a smooth process. Claudiu held up to his end of the deal. Herb made it even more special because not only did he deliver the truck to the south side of Chicago from Barrington, he also took me to lunch for my birthday. Now everybody doesn't get this type of treatment because everybody is NOT ME! LOLLLLL THANK YOU MOTOR WERKS!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤ Proud Owner of 2020 Escalade More

Rick and his team at Motor Werks Cadillac are a pleasure to work with. We bought a car earlier this year from Rick and based on our positive first experience, we bought a 2nd car for my parents. It is especially tough and stressful buying a car during Covid -especially for our elders parents who are high risk at can't go out of their house. Rick made sure it was an easy process including assessing and picking up our trade in and delivering the new car, and having the completed paperwork prepared for us to sign/complete.
