The reason for the 2 stars is based on the extra warranty that I purchased vs what they say they are covering. There was an issue with a seatbelt in the backseat and they said the warranty wouldn’t cover re that I purchased vs what they say they are covering. There was an issue with a seatbelt in the backseat and they said the warranty wouldn’t cover replacement costs based on grime. I purchased the most expensive and expansive warranty coverage and the sales person said at one time another client had some kid bleed all over the back seat and it was covered. But a seatbelt with grime isn’t? Seems like a possible waste of money. It’s disappointing. More

I stopped in to see some of the cars. Just looking. Not expecting to buy anything. Elisa was very knowledgeable and told me everything about the car I was interested in. She then found out they were getting one in the end of Oct. I ended up putting a deposit on it. A few days later she called me to let me know it was the blue color I wanted. She made the buying process easy. Explained everything I needed to know about the car. I did have a couple of issues. However, Izzy came to the rescue. Totally went above and beyond anything I've had a salesperson do. Total rock star!! Eugene made the paperwork easy. I would totally recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
