When we first got there, Quincy Jones made us feel very welcome and gained our trust. He answered our many questions and even though it was close to them closing he patiently took his time. It was the mo welcome and gained our trust. He answered our many questions and even though it was close to them closing he patiently took his time. It was the most comfortable time we ever had at a dealership! Ren then came in and helped us tremendously strike a deal. We all then shook hands and decided to finalized everything the next day as it was Mother’s Day. That’s where we met Izzy and Elisa. During our time with them, they both treated us like family and we really appreciated that. Then Kia Rob helped us with the financial part and warranties and we are so thankful for his help as well. Everything and everyone within this dealership is amazing and we are so blessed that we got to experience it before our move. No body is in sync when it comes to sales, finance and especially service. Horrible service by service department. Car came in with a chip in windshield. I stopped by the very next day to show it to them especially service. Horrible service by service department. Car came in with a chip in windshield. I stopped by the very next day to show it to them and get it fixed. Didn’t get appointment for next 4 weeks but I was told it’d be $35 and it will be covered since thats how I got the vehicle. Comes the time to fix it now it’s suddenly $60 and its not covered because whoever told me that it’ll be covered did not put comments about it. Not the first time the sales department has been absolutely disappointing. Will be taking down my google reviews for this dealership and writing a new one to reflect the actual experience rather than what they tell me to write. More

Complicated Difficult and Miserable should be their slogan. Poor communication, top down. Expectations, that we were assured to expect, were not fulfilled. Could not use my new van for five days beca slogan. Poor communication, top down. Expectations, that we were assured to expect, were not fulfilled. Could not use my new van for five days because there was no follow-through with the service orders that were supposed to have been implemented while the car sat the dealership for seven days. Pre paid in full and beyond nothing in communication, crickets, on pickup day and prior. We had to call THEM. Service department said they had no record of our upgrade requests. Zero employees had the same understanding…each contradicting what we were told by the prior. Such a very miserable experience. More

I had a noise and was afraid to drive my car any further. At first they told me they couldn’t get me in for a few days, but I drove to the dealership and they were at least able to look at it. I can't say enough about the sales staff at Kia of Everett. I have purchased about two dozen new and used cars during my lifetime, and this was my first used car purchase from Kia of Everett. I really Everett. I have purchased about two dozen new and used cars during my lifetime, and this was my first used car purchase from Kia of Everett. I really don't think they know how exceptional they are in the business of helping people find the best car for their needs. They work together as a team to make sure you're more than comfortable and satisfied with the experience. Brandt was the first one to help me. I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't like the process of buying a car. He is so personable and reassuring. Later when Brandt was busy with another customer, I received help from Ben, Izzy and Ren, some of the sales managers. They were all so easy to talk with and they were genuinely interested in answering all my questions and responding to my requests to fix little issues I found when examining the car I was interested in buying. No one sales person sold me the car, but I was sold on Kia of Everett. One of the best car buying experiences of my 40 years of buying cars. More
