In full transparency I had an awful experience with JC at Country Chevrolet, Brandon the sales manager personally reached out to me to see what they can do to make it right. He was personally dealing with me Country Chevrolet, Brandon the sales manager personally reached out to me to see what they can do to make it right. He was personally dealing with me until the very end. Brandon passed me along to Jonah. Jonah was super responsive, texted me back almost immediately. Him and Brandon made a horrible situation into an absolute best situation possible. The dealer could’ve easily wrote me off at the start. Brandon and Jonah clearly showed they cared about a customer being happy. It goes a long way knowing they really went over and beyond for me. Around the end of the process Jonah was keeping me informed of everything even on a Sunday. I want to thank Brandon and Jonah for everything. They’ve completely out done themselves.
