Let me be clear. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone but especially Veterans. Not because of their lowballed offer on my trade but because of the most recent communications with me by Mr. J.C. W anyone but especially Veterans. Not because of their lowballed offer on my trade but because of the most recent communications with me by Mr. J.C. Welch. On October 16, 2021, I received an unsolicited email from J.C. Welch of Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia inquiring if I was still in the market for a vehicle. This is after a few weeks earlier letting J.C. Welch know that I was not willing to do business with his dealership because of the low ball offer made for my potential trade that other dealerships were offering 3k to 4k more for. After this email, I stated yes I was still in the market for a vehicle but expressed to Mr. Welch that would not ever buy a vehicle from his dealership. So you would think this would be the end of it but then Mr. Welch began an exchange of emails over approximately (6) hours harassing me over the fact that I don't want to do business with him and Country Chevrolet. Even after I suggested that our back and forth should end because I would never buy a vehicle from them. Then Mr. Welch began to send additional emails calling me angry after providing him a factual observation that Country Chevrolet's offer was 3k to 4k lower than other dealerships thus they could not earn my business. After letting him know I was not angry, he then sent me an stating that I was mad. It's simple, but Mr. Welch doesn't seem to understand. I inquired, they made an offer, I rejected the low ball offer and suggest I would not buy a car. Then there should be no reason to contact me. I should not be contacted and should be removed from any and all contact lists. Anything else would be unfruitful, unprofessional, and harassing. Mr. Welch's actions should be corrected by Country Chevrolet Management Team immediately. More

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and buying experience I received at Country Chevrolet. Salesman, JC Welch, was able to answer all questions quickly and didn’t pressure me at all during the experience. He explained all the new features and was upfront about everything during the process. Country Chevrolet did great at working out the right financing that was perfect for my family. They were able to get us into a new 2021 Chevy Silverado LTZ. Highly recommend buying from Country Chevrolet and using Mr Welch. More
