Impressed Our salesman and everyone in the building was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived to look at vehicles. We were able to work out a deal on the vehicle after my husband and I were done working for the day which did result in finalizing everything after hours however both the salesman and finance officer never showed any signs of frustration for having to stay later. After the paperwork was signed and we were leaving with our vehicle it was discovered there was only one key and we discovered within 2 days of owning the vehicle about 3 chips in the windshield that we didn't see before. After a few phone calls we were able to negotiate the cost of a new key and fab and they replaced the windshield for free. Having these two issues resolved was very important to us and we appreciated the salesman and sales managers stepping up and taking the extra steps to ensure our happiness. My husband will be making a vehicle purchase in the next year and thanks to the service we received at Taylor's we will definitely be back. More

Jay wasted no time in getting us behind the wheel of the vehicle we wanted to test drive. and also took care of having the Service Department look at our trade-in vehicle. Jay exuded exemplary customer service. During our test drive, Jay sat back and allowed my husband and I to enjoy the ride and immediately answered questions as they arose. He let the vehicle sell itself. Once our test drive was done, we immediately went into negotiations. This was the longest part of the entire process, however, Jay made it as easy and painless as possible. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Taylor's Auto Max and I would come back again and have already let Jay know that our daughter is looking at a new vehicle later in the year and will be sending her his way. Thank you Jay for making our second visit to Taylor's Auto Max just as enjoyable as our first. Job well done. More
