FINALLY a rewarding car-buying experience! It is sad that I am middle-aged and never had a good car buying experience. I have come to dread the process. But Lou Sobh Kia broke the curse. F It is sad that I am middle-aged and never had a good car buying experience. I have come to dread the process. But Lou Sobh Kia broke the curse. First of all, it started with the sales staff. J.D. and Tyler really knew their product. They were able to explain every detail of the cars unlike the numerous other dealerships I visited prior to my purchase. Secondly, when I finally decided to purchase, Mark Levy worked hard to locate the car I wanted and gave me a fair price without the unnecessary haggling. Honestly, it was seamless and I couldn't be happier. I will DEFINATELY recommend them to my friends and put them on my social media. This dealership is like a well-oiled machine and actually seem more like a family than colleagues. I will drop by just to have a cup of coffee with them. Of course in my shiny new wheels!
