Hello, My name is John Paul Cruz, but everyone calls me J.P. I was born in Bronx, N.Y. C. then lived my teen years in Youngstown Ohio. As an adult in lived in Pittsburgh, Pa. and moved to Jacksonville, July 2017 and I love it. I;m a father of a 17 yr old teenager, who is my heart and my beautiful finance Shari. I've been in the car industry for over 10 yrs and 7 yrs with Toyota, which I consider the best vehicle on the market for the money. Yes I am a Toyota Guy. Wonderful experience! We ended up visiting 3 different dealers and had widely varying degrees of interactions. We were glad we settled on Arlington as they had the 4Runner We ended up visiting 3 different dealers and had widely varying degrees of interactions. We were glad we settled on Arlington as they had the 4Runner I wanted and they special ordered the Tacoma my wife wanted. JP Cruz who sold us the car took his time to help us in every step and was thorough and got a bunch of extras thrown in our deal. Thanks!!!!!! More

Purchase Salesman was attentive and the deal was right but the visit was overshadowed by the lack of finance managers on duty which caused a 3+ hour wait. They should have just postponed my closing and made an appointment for the following way. More
