Outstanding Finance & Sales department. We worked with JR Ali ordering the Mach-E in FEB to completing the purchase June end. No surprises or issues in and out of the dealership in 2hrs. The Finance department was extremely quick with Zack Perez who explained all the warranties as to the car being electric. Sales Dept needs revamping & Sr Mgmt needs more customer retention tactics. More cyst care & xtra service. It’s not there since 2021. It’s not 1995-2005 era anymore.
