I left primarily because the closing process was very slow and I was referred to a dealer close to my office. I came back because my Rep (Mark L.) kept in touch throughout the process, found a great vehicle for me and got me the best deal possible on dealer incentives and rebates. As an added bonus, the closing process took a fraction of the time and included a tour of service area and complete review of all of the available vehicle options. Needless to say, I'm back! More
