Very good This is my first Jeep. I bought the Jeep Cherokee Overland three weeks ago, and so far I love it. JR was an excellent salesperson. I spoke to Bill This is my first Jeep. I bought the Jeep Cherokee Overland three weeks ago, and so far I love it. JR was an excellent salesperson. I spoke to Bill when JR was on a day off and he was also very helpful and patient. I had a small issue that needed to be addressed by the service department. Chris was very nice and checked out my concern and the small problem was fixed.. He was very pleasant to work with. The only negative is I took the extended warrantee at the time of purchase. I wish I had not done that because two weeks later I received an offer from Chrysler/Moped for and additional 25,000 miles for the same time frame and price I paid at Tyson. I sent an email including the offer to two different people at Tyson regarding this, and no one had the courtesy to reply. So, the moral of the story is -- don't buy the extended warrantee at time of purchase. I am giving Steve Klimara a three star rating because of this even though he was pleasant at the time of purchase. Also, the interest rate he offered was high. I would suggest if you are going to take a loan for a new car, you check with your bank and make sure you are getting the best deal. More
