He sourced the model we wanted, quoted a great price, and we liked the financing package. JR is no-nonsense, professional, and straightforward. Travis was great in suggesting low-cost warranties and walking through the financing, as well. We travel nearly an hour to use Tyson, further than several large dealerships nearer our home in suburban Chicago. The quality of the staff, speed of the purchase transaction, and preparation are excellent. We prefer not to spend an entire afternoon at a dealership, going 'round and 'round in negotiation between the floor salesperson and manager. There are likely some buyers who like that, but we like the approach with JR and Tyson. More
