I have been part of the Volk J.R. sold me my new Jeep Limited last Thursday with the help of Bryan in finance. This couldn't have gone any smoother! I have been part of the Volkswagen family for 15 years so both those boys made it very easy to transition. I spoke with J.R. and Bryan on the phone and we picked out my car on the phone and did the pre-approval for the car in a span of 30 minutes. We worked out the price on the phone and picked up my new Jeep two days later and was in and out in 45 minutes. I didn't want to go over anything; I just wanted my car and leave and I did!! J.R. got my humour (I think) and responded to me in the sale way which made it all the more easier. Great guys. Have been telling everyone where I bought my new Jeep from and how great these boys were...even though Tyson is out in farm country and I could see cows in the distance. Ha J.R.
