Renard attends the Little Zion Baptist Church where he and his wife are involved with Sunday School classes and they also teach a Couples Ministry together. I've been bringing my vehicles hear for years. The communication is excellent, they go above an beyond, and you don't feel like they are trying to sell you service and repairs that aren't needed. Professionalism The entire experience took 2 1/2 hours. While almost everything was positive, but we were left sitting alone over 30 minutes, until I asked someone t The entire experience took 2 1/2 hours. While almost everything was positive, but we were left sitting alone over 30 minutes, until I asked someone to locate our salesman--it was noon and we were extremely hungry. No offer of water... We were then moved to the finance seating area and soon the deal was finalized. Both finance employees, while not unfriendly, were strictly business. The second employee, who did not provide his name, did not invite us into his office and even yelled out questions to us across the waiting area, while another customer was not far from us. This seems very unprofessional. More

Great service before sale but not good service after sale Whoever was supposed to transfer my tag and send my information to my insurance failed to do so. I drove my new Toyota for 4 months with no insurance. Whoever was supposed to transfer my tag and send my information to my insurance failed to do so. I drove my new Toyota for 4 months with no insurance. When I realized this I immediately did everything that should've been done by Jim Hudson Toyota. I was fined 50. By DMV and 14.by Lexington county. I called Jim Hudson Toyota and the man I spoke to was curt and told me I should have checked behind them to see that the transfer was done. When I called back all I was told was "SORRY ABOUT THAT " This was my first and probably last purchase there. More
