I’m super impressed with services that I received on my new crosstrek hybrid. Great customer service and amazing follow up. Love my car and love Subaru of North Tampa. From putting my Subaru in “park” at the service area a kind and professional attendant greeted me by name and walked me in to get the details on car service and expected ETA to complete. Very professional Team at North Subaru went to get my car serviced a gentleman that met me was beyond professional and I received a video about the condition of my car that breaks tires suspension. Brought car in for routine oil change. Came back with 10" gouge in bumper. Had to leave to be filled-in and repainted. Damage was repaired but, I know that it's there and I had kept the ca Came back with 10" gouge in bumper. Had to leave to be filled-in and repainted. Damage was repaired but, I know that it's there and I had kept the car in pristine condition up to that point. You don't expect this to happen at the dealer you bought your new car from. Jacob was the only saving grace in what was otherwise a huge bummer. No communication from a Manager or Owner was disappointing Just something I have to deal with now and as long as I own the vehicle. Kudos again to Jacob for trying to manage my frustration and anxiety dealing with this. More

I met with Ben to consider trading in my Wilderness Forester that I bought from the same dealer in 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to trade it in to get a lower monthly payment as well a Forester that I bought from the same dealer in 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to trade it in to get a lower monthly payment as well as still continuing to drive a Subaru particularly a forester. In the end between the management and financial they did have an older vehicle that fit that availability. Interestingly - it does have bells and whistles I had not seen when checking it out. Probably per the year vs the one I traded in it was at the top of the line for thr vehicle at that time So far - enjoying my new but old vehicle as well as paying a lower monthly payment for it. Overall- working staff were friendly though with many changes of faces then last time I was in for service. As for Ben he was personable, very knowledgeable of the cars, a good driver and is still learning the process of what the salesman position entails and willing to learn it! More
