The salesman, William, and Hugo in fianance were both friendly and helpful. The GM, Alex, has been responsive to an adjustment following the sale. However, I rated the experience "average" because t friendly and helpful. The GM, Alex, has been responsive to an adjustment following the sale. However, I rated the experience "average" because the man who actually negotiated the deal and ran back and forth between the salesman and the general manager "jerked" me around. It took him three tries and I almost walked. He tried to sell the car at a price higher than advertised and "lowball" my trade. Moreover, the entire process took about 4 hours, much of it sitting and waiting. BTW: I don't know who "Candy Cane Sweet" is in the sales dept. I also do not know Angel Maldanado. More

Technician installed new radiator and new hoses. In the process bolts were snapped off due to rust I'm assuming. Technician did not advise of damage and the radiator was basically floating in place.
