The most professional auto experience I have ever had. Our sales person, JC Caldwell, greeted us warmly and very openly but with no pressure, walked us through the whole process and when we had made our Our sales person, JC Caldwell, greeted us warmly and very openly but with no pressure, walked us through the whole process and when we had made our decision to place our new Honda Ridgeline on order, showed us the detailed offer sheet, made it easy to make a deal. He kept us informed as to the progress of our factory order. On the day of delivery, he went through everything step by step in setting up our new truck. I can clearly see why this dealership gets so many 5 star ratings. More

They are a typical dealer playing dealer games. Salesman was no different than any salesman we have dealt with. On our first tire rotation we had an awful vibration coming from the front. Tire shop advise was no different than any salesman we have dealt with. On our first tire rotation we had an awful vibration coming from the front. Tire shop advised the tires originally on the back were 2 years older than the ones on front and placed back there so we wouldn’t notice the vibration. More

The CR-V had excellent rating compared to other small SUV’s. So we went to Superior Honda to buy her car. She was very happy with the purchase. For myself, I had been thinking about getting a Honda or a Toyota RAV4. Because of price and ratings, I chose the Honda CR-V LX. I’m older and did not want all the fancy electronics, and the LX had all of the basics and a few upgrades. More

Would like Honda to provide more color options for leather seat color than black, which is the only color for most of the exterior colors available for CR-V's and HR-V's. More
