Web page pricing was the biggest factor in choosing this dealership. This dealer actually posted prices that were comparable to 3rd party car buying web pages that list prices you should be able to get. dealership. Once I started contacting people at the dealership, all my interactions were pleasant, professional and there was no haggling. The "no haggle" factor made it worthwhile to drive an extra 2 hrs to make my purchase at this dealership. First new car I've purchased in 25 years and I would start with the dealership the next time I make a purchase, which will probably be a lot sooner than 25 years. More

i was pleased with my outcome at Larry Miller toyota. i never thought i could walk out with a new car. let alone a prius! i came in because i saw a 2006 model in my price range on the website. Our experience from the receptionist to John Christiansen, the sales person, was extraordinary. We explained why we were there and what we wanted. JC listened to us and took us out to the lot to review the inventory and take a test drive. Once we made a decision, it was smooth sailing through finance and the rest of the process. Even though my wife sold cars at Saturn of Chapel Hills for 8 years, she was somewhat apprehensive about buying the car. She had a bad experience the last time we purchased a vehicle and did not want to have her arm twisted into buying something she did not want. She was very pleased with the entire process and will definitely return for our future vehicle needs. More

From start to finish my service was absolutely exceptional! I am a USAA member and I was looking around at both Toyota and Nissan. I was contacted personally by the Dealer's USAA Representative JC Christiansen, and he took care of my every need. My entire experience was very low key, low pressure, pleasant, and actually really fun! JC answered absolutely all of my questions and when he wasn't certain he utilized his team to get me the answers I needed in a timely and professional manor. At first I was interested in the Toyota Yaris and JC not only showed me the Yaris, but also the Scion XD and the Prius C. I wanted a car with a hatch back and something that would fit in my budget. JC delivered! He NEVER suggested something to me that was useless (like some crazy Sport package or anything) and he kept MY NEEDS in mind over his....absolutely professional and a customer service A+ from me. When it came down to the test-drive I chose to drive the Yaris and the Prius. JC showed me all of the features of both cars and was he extremely knowledgeable about Toyota's features, options, and most importantly - about the CARS I WAS DRIVING! I drove home with a brand new 2013 Prius c 2 and I truly believe I am a converted loyal Toyota customer! I would highly recommend this team of professionals for your next car/truck purchase....especially if you're someone who is conscious of our beautiful planet :) More

Overall, the experience of buying a new RAV4 was great. JC was very knowledgeable about the car and walked a through all the new "whistles and bells" it had.
