JC Christensen spent many hours with us to make sure that we received the product that we were looking for. Darwin, the financial expert treated us very professionally. Never would I recommend this dealership to anyone. Go to a different one in Colorado Springs, other dealerships are friendlier and more knowledgable. I walked in to buy a Black tundra with Black interior, a different one in Colorado Springs, other dealerships are friendlier and more knowledgable. I walked in to buy a Black tundra with Black interior, they showed me two white tundras. Service went fine with JC Christiansen, until the general sales manage came over. He was the worst, very condescending, aggressive and not willing to work with the customer. I left and ended up buying a 2013 tundra from a different toyota dealership. More

I came into the store for an oil change on my old car and met Jamie Norman. I have to say she is just the BEST, don't lose her as an employee. She deserves a raise... I then went snooping in the show roo met Jamie Norman. I have to say she is just the BEST, don't lose her as an employee. She deserves a raise... I then went snooping in the show room and fell in love with the new 4 Runner. Needles to say, I ran into JC, who was great and then Justin Lombardi, also Great. Wasn't long before I was sitting in front of Jeff Matting. Jeff was great to work with also. All in all it was a very painless experience. Thank You, Thank You... I stopped by to look at a Prius, not planning to buy that night as it was later in the evening. JC was very friendly and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. None of the folks night as it was later in the evening. JC was very friendly and knowledgable and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. None of the folks that I worked with made me feel like I was keeping them there late, even though it was 11:00pm when I left. They all did everything they could to ensure I was happy with my purchase. JC has called me a few times since the purchase to make sure I'm still enjoying my car and see if I have any questions. I appreciate the feeling that I wasn't just a "sale" and they seem to genuiunely care about whether or not I'm satisfied with my decision. More

Everyone we talked with and worked with was friendly and inviting. Absolutely no pressure from anyone which was amazing. Knowledgeable sales staff. We thought about rating this dealership "good" on overall experience, but that would not have been fair to Mr. Christensen. Mr. Christensen ("JC") was very friendly and helpful to us as we were b on overall experience, but that would not have been fair to Mr. Christensen. Mr. Christensen ("JC") was very friendly and helpful to us as we were buying a car for my mother. We only had two small problems in the process. One was that we were promised a particular car (a 2011 RAV4 in Pacific Blue) which the dealership did not actually ascertain that they could get. We signed paperwork to this effect, negotiated a price, put down $1000 earnest money, and were then informed that the car was not available. The second problem was that we were told that the $1000 would be refunded to our credit card as soon as my mother wired the full payment for the car. The issue was that instead of the finance person (Mr. Williams) calling me to let me know the wire was received and refunding the deposit, I had to leave him two messages, which he did not return until a full week later, and then at 8:45pm. Instead, I called JC and I was pleased that he just took care of everything for me. JC got us our copies of the final paperwork and saw to it that the business office completed the credit card refund. We were very pleased with JC. More

The friendliness of everyone we have worked with at Liberty Toyota--Service and New Car Sales--has been exemplary. That one fact was the primary reason for us returning to Liberty when we were ready t Liberty Toyota--Service and New Car Sales--has been exemplary. That one fact was the primary reason for us returning to Liberty when we were ready to buy a new car. JC Christiansen was patient, helpful, professional, helpful without being too pushy, and gave us options to choose from (he knew his product and inventory). We appreciate the fact that Liberty is customer-focused and have confidence that Liberty will continue to be there for us if or when we have any needs or issues with the new car (just as they were when we had trouble with our Avalon). Gary, in Service, was another key factor to our return. His personal touch in helping my wife when she experienced problems during a driving trip to another state was rare and VERY much appreciated. More
