Raj was attentive to my concerns and listened as we took a test drive. He was courteous and friendly. When I arrived, I had been assigned to a person who, apparently who was on vacation, and the assistant service manager took my account. Cobb County Toyota called me to remind me of the oil change that needed to be done. They assigned me to a service writer I was unfamiliar with, but then it was only an oil change. Almost immediately the change that needed to be done. They assigned me to a service writer I was unfamiliar with, but then it was only an oil change. Almost immediately the service writer started talking about my next mileage/month service that was just under $500, and then he said he could make it lower since I got the good deal on the oil change. I was not happy with the BAIT AND SWITCH tactic used on me. My usual service write tells me of upcoming service I should budget for and the time Frame I should get it done in. I love that. But not that I had to do it when I came in for a $49.99 oil change and it sounded like that is what I came in for. Maybe that works for other customers, but not for me. Once we got it cleared up, we moved along with just the oil filter, but I felt that I was not appreciated. I remember this service writer and will not use him again. More
