Purchasing a Tahoe I was greeted by Elle Guerrero and informed her that I am going to purchase either a Chevy Tahoe or a Honda Pilot and that she is my first stop and fo I was greeted by Elle Guerrero and informed her that I am going to purchase either a Chevy Tahoe or a Honda Pilot and that she is my first stop and for her to show me that the Tahoe is the better of the two. Elle Guerrero then showed me all of the classes of Tahoe and the differences between them and to make sure I wasn’t looking for a Pilot sized vehicle showed me the Traverse. Elle was very informative, polite and humorous while going over the vehicles. After explaining the differences between the vehicles I test drove the Tahoe Premier. After driving it she patiently answered all of the questions I threw at her without any hesitation revealing her knowledge of the vehicle. I then told her I was interested in purchasing the Tahoe Premier and we needed it talk cost. We went over the numbers and ended up bringing JC Harrelson in. He then explained everything about what the credit companies use for their rating. After much conversation we came to an agreement and I was then introduced to Marc Anglin who finished the financing and other paperwork making it less painful as papers were signed. All in all I drove away with the Chevy Tahoe Premier. Everyone that worked with me were very professional, informative and used humor to get through the rough parts. You have excellent employees at this dealership. More

Signed docs in 10 minutes and was out the door. This is my 3rd Corvette and I’ll be back for more when the time comes. More
