The buyer’s order I received totaled $68,696.24 out the door and included $1,397 in products and $1,902.68 in fees. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told the products were required—even though their own disclaimer expressly said otherwise. I was also told the advertised price included $3,500 in conditional incentives for which I didn’t qualify. However, the dealership’s own posted calculation reached $60,499 using only the dealer savings and nationwide 15% incentive; the conditional incentives were displayed separately. Jeff was my primary contact. His explanations did not reconcile with the numbers on the dealership’s website or buyer’s order, and he couldn’t even spell my name correctly in emails despite my name being plainly shown in my email address. As soon as I requested another salesperson and asked to speak with the general manager, I was told the truck had been sold. The same VIN remained listed online afterward, although I understand inventory systems can take time to update. I called that morning to purchase a truck that I saw online they told me it was good as done 5 hours later they called me back and said that vehicle I called that morning to purchase a truck that I saw online they told me it was good as done 5 hours later they called me back and said that vehicle was already sold I was absolutely livid I called the general manager complaining about this they said unfortunately these things do happen the computers aren't as up-to-date as they should be 2 hours later Gabriel called me and said Mr Ellison I don't believe we've sold that vehicle because I have the keys in my hand let me walk the lot and make sure that I find that vehicle. 20 minutes later they sent me pictures of the truck that I wanted to purchase I was extremely happy it took two days to do the deal but we got it done and when he realized there was an issue with the truck he made sure that he got it right before he had it sent to me Gabriel goes that extra distance to make sure that his customers are completely satisfied thank you very much for your assistance on this Gabriel I appreciate it very much I wish you the best and God bless.
