I did most of the work on finding the car I wanted and it was at Riata. The purchase process was pretty easy except I got home to find out the sound in the car didn’t work. Two trips - two times off from w was at Riata. The purchase process was pretty easy except I got home to find out the sound in the car didn’t work. Two trips - two times off from work and they couldn’t figure it out. Lots of attitude from JD Brooks - probably doesn’t belong in the service industry. I’m back at Truck City where I purchased my previous Ford. Skip Riata and try out Truck City (both owned by Leif Johnson). More

Nicole was awesome and very helpful. My vehicle was ready very quickly and I was able to pick it up with no issues. I am mobility impaired and my vehicle was delivered right to the door My vehicle was ready very quickly and I was able to pick it up with no issues. I am mobility impaired and my vehicle was delivered right to the door of the Service Center so I didn’t have to walk very far to get in. I appreciate how considerate everyone was. More

The service department was able to get my vehicle in for service in a timely manner. The communication from the service advisor was lacking.(I don’t expect a call every 5 minutes but when you say you give m service in a timely manner.
