I had my car in for service and the coolant for radiator was low. Instead of using proper coolant they used water instead. I checked with ford and they said distilled water is to be considered for emergency was low. Instead of using proper coolant they used water instead. Having my vehicle service at a ford dealership is not emergency situations they should have used proper coolant to keep my car running proper.
