I bought a brand-new dodge ram 2500 from them. I had my first service done and they charge me for the service and for rotating tires Etc. My tires were never rotated. I found everyone to be friendly professional, and helpful. The showroom was full of different vehicles so we could look at the new models. I would have like to seen more vehicles in stock however wit helpful. The showroom was full of different vehicles so we could look at the new models. If I could leave no stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. After two long months of paperwork and approval all documents we signed everything was completely d worst experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. After two long months of paperwork and approval all documents we signed everything was completely done. We were refused our vehicle because they had to wait to get paid by the bank. Kevin Roberts, Don Wulff, and JD Davis all stood by there “policy” on lying to the bank that approved us by telling them we had left the lot with the car when in fact we did not. The bank specifically told us we won’t fund them until you take possession of the car. Even with the bank saying that they still refused to give us the vehicle. They stated and I quote “if you leave with the car right now and you die the bank won’t pay us and we aren’t taking that risk” we even put a $5000 down payment and still NOTHING! After we were frustrated we decided lying to the bank was not the way to go. We decided to cancel and get our money back. But as if that wasn’t enough disappointment as a customer JD Davis came back to us and said “all that hard work for nothing, oh well we already sold the vehicle again to someone else” all after begging us to give him a good review because that effects his Christmas bonus and that’s the only way he can get his kids good gifts. it was all in all a horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone to go there. More

I live in NJ I saw this 2017 Ford Shelby gt350 they had after multiple calls back and forth with JD the sales person (who was very helpful ) I sent them a 50% deposit to hold it for about 5 days till i cou after multiple calls back and forth with JD the sales person (who was very helpful ) I sent them a 50% deposit to hold it for about 5 days till i could arrange travel plans to get there got there test drove it everything seemed good it was a beautiful sunny day there was the issue the manager told me all there used cars go though a rigorous check but when I got the car home and went to have it inspected the windshield wipers didn’t work so much for their rigorous inspection when I called them about this they told me i bought this car as is really 60k car and they didn’t check the windshield wipers on their rigorous inspection now it’s my problem and expense not a very reputable used car and service Dept and Kevin Roberts was the one who made these claims to me because at the time I was looking at getting an extended warranty from themagain the sales person JD seemed to be very helpful don’t remember the managers name .
