Jonathan made us feel at ease every step of the way, answering every question to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the price we were given without haggling, since we had done our research up front and knew what was out there. Jonathan listened to what we wanted and didn't want. We hate the hard-sell approach, and never felt pressured during our time at Valley. Jonathan was very personable and took all the time needed to help settle us comfortably into our 2014 Odyssey. Knowlegeable Team + Deals on Pricing = Great Success!! This is one of the best, if not the best, dealerships I have ever had the pleasure to do business with (and I have bought cars at Mercedes-Benz and Le This is one of the best, if not the best, dealerships I have ever had the pleasure to do business with (and I have bought cars at Mercedes-Benz and Lexus dealerships). Everyone there was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I called, the salesman Jonathan was able to answer all of my questions and find a couple cars that fit my needs. I could tell he had my best interest in mind just by the way he so "down-to-earthly" spoke with me. I originally was looking to buy a used car, but then I found out about their leasing deals and was instantly swayed into a lease. Which ended up being a very favorable decision because the 2014 CR-V is an awesome car. I know for sure that I wouldn't have gotten to deal with as nice as people at Valley Honda at any other dealership. So I would just like to say thank you to Jonathan and the Valley Honda family for all of your help and for providing me with such a fantasic experience!! More
