I don’t have an issue with the work that was completed. I have an issue with their inept level of communication as a department. I’ve asked them to reach out to me about the estimate they gave me for addit I have an issue with their inept level of communication as a department. This is in addition to my service writer contacting me a day after he said he'd reach out to me. You can't retain customers that way. Highly disappointed. More
