Jeff = 5/5. Service Department 3/5. Jeff is the best, I go to him every time. However, the first advisor I spoke with before Jeff ignored my explicit request to Service Department 3/5. Jeff is the best, I go to him every time. However, the first advisor I spoke with before Jeff ignored my explicit request to check the battery so I had to ask again when I was told my truck was ready. Jeff was helpful in getting it tested. It is obvious the service department takes way too many service appointments every day. Focus on serving your customers not overloading your service employees just to get the maximum amount of appointments. I can’t even get a call through the normal line most of the time. When I go in I see why, every advisor is constantly working with the overload of customers. Luckily Jeff gave me a direct line to contact/text. More

We have a fleet of several cars, and Jeff, along with the rest of the crew, including Thomas and Mike, are always responsive and do their best to keep them in good condition.
