Jeff was extremely patient with my wife & I. He showed me several cars and in fact took to out for a ride. We looked at a 2024 Buick and I was pleased with the car and the price that was negoti He showed me several cars and in fact took to out for a ride. We looked at a 2024 Buick and I was pleased with the car and the price that was negotiated. We arranged to come back on Monday and lease the car. My wife was not happy with this and after several discussion over the night, it was decided that we were not going to lease another Buick but was going to buy the one we already have. I called the office on Sunday AM 8AM and left a message on machine I called. The number I called was 954943200 Ext 633. I told Jeff that we were not going to lease this vehicle and would be in to buy our present car on lease. I called Jeff on Monday morning and apologized for the switch. He informed me that he never received a call and had everything made out. He did not believe that I did call and I feel quite upset about the outcome. I am an honorable man and would not take advantage of anyone and am sorry for the switch. Jeff worked very had for this sale. More

This was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase we have ever experienced. From the moment we went to the dealer we were greeted with the most professionalism a car dealer could’ve provided. It literally to ever experienced. From the moment we went to the dealer we were greeted with the most professionalism a car dealer could’ve provided. It literally took less than 10 minutes to finalize the price and less than one hour out the door in our new Yukon. Special ordered Yukon in November. Two salesmen later it finally arrives in April. First issue was their communication or lack there of communication. I work out of the country so paperwork would need to be shipped to him to sign. Not a problem (We paid for this, $200.00). Second, After haggling on our trade in we struck a deal. Back in November they were willing to give us $33k for our 2018 GMC Truck (55k miles). When my wife came in to trade the truck and sign documents they offered her $23k. In 6 months, they offered 10k less. After 5 hours of negotiations and my wife leaving the dealership for lunch they finally agreed to 28k. Third, While my wife signed the paperwork on a $86k Yukon the finance paperwork guy told our salesman this would not hit his numbers for April. Fourth and finally , after the paperwork was completed the finance paperwork guy called my wife two different names (Troy and Joy) , her name is Toye. So 86k later we have the vehicle we ordered and couldn’t be happier with our 3rd GMC in 15 years. However I think the Salesman and Finance staff have forgotten about customer service and how to keep repeat customers. Both gentlemen asked for great reviews upon leaving the leadership. We will recommend GMC products to every one , however Sheehan Buick GMC is another story. More
