I am writing this review to express how wonderfully I was treated at Sheehan BUICK GMC, and why they truly deserve the title of "Number One." From my very first conversation with Anthony, I was impressed by his professionalism and eagerness to explain the availability of the HUMMER EV SUV that I was interested in. Following this, I made an appointment to see the SUV on a Sunday, where I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff "NEMO" in person. After showing me the vehicle and guiding me through the necessary paperwork, everything was handled seamlessly and without any complications. Although I was unable to pick up my new HUMMER that day, Anthony and Jeff were kind enough to wait for me when I returned a few days later because of the installation of the illumination package. Upon arriving, I was met with the same high level of customer service and received a thorough explanation of the many features and functions of my new vehicle. It was a rare and wonderful experience for me, as I have never had a salesperson take such care to educate me about my new purchase. In fact, I learned that Anthony and Jeff have both been working with Sheehan for an impressive 10 to 15 years - an unusual feat in the car dealership world. Additionally, as they finished explaining my new vehicle, I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Sheehan himself, who took the time to meet and thank me for my business. I cannot thank Anthony, Jeff, and the entire team at Sheehan BUICK GMC enough for giving me the rare experience of meeting such professional, honest, and truly knowledgeable salespeople.
