I brought my 2021 Jaguar F-PACE here for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. While there, the service advisor recommended a tire rotation and a wheel alignment, assuring me they were needed b change and multi-point inspection. While there, the service advisor recommended a tire rotation and a wheel alignment, assuring me they were needed based on their recommendations. My vehicle was driving perfectly and exhibiting zero issues. I was charged an exorbitant $573 for an oil change and inspection, $165 for a tire rotation and over $330 for the alignment. Worse yet, the dealership explicitly falsified the invoice text, marking both items as "Customer Requested." I did not request these services; they were recommended to me by the advisor. Marking them as "customer requested" is a deceptive tactic used to shift legal liability onto the consumer and cover up predatory upselling.I contacted management and gave them 48 hours to correct this inaccurate paperwork and address the billing, but I was completely ignored. Consider this a warning to check your invoices carefully before paying. They will add unrelated procedures and then alter the paperwork to make it look like it was your idea. I will be taking my business to an independent European specialist from now on. More

This is the second Land Rover dealership that I have taken my vehicle to and by far this has been the best service. This will be my home dealership in the future. More

First off, if anybody that buys a Range Rover or a European car you must have a maintenance package. Period. The dealership sells them.I have one on all of my imports, including my Range Rover autoautobiography. He’s aware that sometimes these can be unique to work with to make them work. He is patient kind understanding and extremely knowledgeable for what to expect in his communication about the trajectory of the process.. He is the reason alone on why I will only have this Dealership touch my range Rover. I don’t always get the outcome I want, but it’s always the outcome. I can understand.. if anyone’s reading this review, going to the dealership and require himself to be the one and only person you ever deal with. As a restauranteur of 17 restaurants, one should hear my voice and listen to my words.. plus he has great detail guys. I alway leave cash with him to “tip the boys” The definition of hospitality will always be “the art of loving out of the people first.” Love one another coexist day-to-day. It’ll change lives.. More
