Awesome service for my 2026 Genesis GV70. Jessica was great setting up and processing the service appointments and I appreciate the concierge service of driving me home while the car was bein Jessica was great setting up and processing the service appointments and I appreciate the concierge service of driving me home while the car was being worked on and picking me up after it was done. The entire work took about 2 hours which isn't bad at all for a first maintenance check, oil change, and tire rotation. Keep up the good work. No complaints here! More

Service advisors are great. Mechanics sometimes rush the job and can be sloppy. I had my seatbelt fasteners changed due to a recall and they failed to reconnect the passenger si Mechanics sometimes rush the job and can be sloppy. I had my seatbelt fasteners changed due to a recall and they failed to reconnect the passenger side seatbelt to the wiring harness. It was something I noticed while cleaning underneath the seats and I had to reconnect the wires myself. More

The tech had no interest in resolving my issue. He did the minimum. I had a trunk that was misaligned and he asked if I had an accident and I said no. There is no evidence of accident.
