Embarrassing location and surroundings for a luxury automobile! The only gem in this dreary spot is service coordinator, Jessica. She was helpful, intelligent and kind. The process of making an appointment was easy. However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other customers came after me and were out within an hour. I leased my vehicle from Star Hyundai and they were very accomodating. I leased my vehicle at the begining of December 2024 and I only had just under 5700 miles. Hopefully I won't need another service appointment until 2027. More

After a $723 repair bill, now I have to have the tire shop adjust the tire inflation because my tires were overinflated to 39 ppi in the freezing cold without running the car (warmer temps and highway dr shop adjust the tire inflation because my tires were overinflated to 39 ppi in the freezing cold without running the car (warmer temps and highway drive will increase tire pressure). The shop would not provide me with a refund for the requested $10 that it will cost at the tire shop. Said I needed to return to the shop over 3 miles each way to fix their screw up. It was a very small refund request that was not honored by the sales person or manager. And now I have to get my tires adjusted. Should be a very simple task to get tire pressure correct. So much hassle over a $10 discount! More
