Returned the Car, But They Kept the Money Let me start by saying: Gainesville Chrysler Dodge is NOT a dealership you can trust. Their shady business practices cost me time, stress, and most importantly — by saying: Gainesville Chrysler Dodge is NOT a dealership you can trust. Their shady business practices cost me time, stress, and most importantly — money that still hasn’t been returned. After returning a lemon of a car they sold us — a vehicle that was full of mechanical issues they conveniently "forgot" to disclose — they promised the refund would be processed through my credit union. That was weeks ago. To this day, the money has NOT been returned to my credit union, and all we get are excuses, lies, and complete runaround from their finance and sales departments. They act like they’re doing us a favor just by answering the phone, when in reality, they’re holding onto money that doesn’t belong to them. This dealership knew the vehicle was bad. They knew they were being dishonest. And now they’re making it nearly impossible to recover the funds — funds that came straight from a legitimate loan with my credit union. That’s theft, plain and simple. Avoid this place at all costs. If they’re willing to play games with someone’s credit union funds, they’ll scam you too without a second thought. Gainesville Chrysler Dodge is a complete disgrace. More
