1 star is too good of a rating for this sham of a dealership. This was the worst dealership I’ve been to and the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Went to buy a truck I was looking at online lis dealership. This was the worst dealership I’ve been to and the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Went to buy a truck I was looking at online listed for 32xxx. Sold me the truck for 35xxx, until I caught It in the paper work. They then had to write me a check for almost 3 grand. Still ended up financing a more expensive vehicle than I got. Paying almost 40 grand for an 30 grand truck, with a trade in. They added on as many fees as they could possibly add. No one in the building could ever give me an honest straight forward answer on anything in the paperwork or about the truck. I first test drove the truck and noticed alignment off and brakes were squealing. I addressed It immediately and they said they would have service fix it before I got the truck. Lies. They never touched it. Then their fake sales manager told me they would actually fix it, but I would now have to pay for it. I wouldn’t be surprised if more problems arise. I have still considered taking this further and involving a lawyer. Make it fun for everyone involved. From the moment I arrived, it felt off. Everyone was fake to me, it was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. If I could go back, I would have never done anything here. Please if you want honesty and reliability, DO NOT purchase from here! Go anywhere but here! More
