Keith did his best to rectify the mistakes the intake person John and the person who made my appointment made. I made an appointment for engine filter change, wiper change and tire rotation on my Lexus. person John and the person who made my appointment made. I made an appointment for engine filter change, wiper change and tire rotation on my Lexus. I was told when I came in person they would order my parts. I was asked to please keep the appointment since my parts would be special order. When I checked in- I told John exactly again- what I was there for. When my service was finished and I paid my bill- I was charged for an oils change that I did not ask for, or need and tire rotation. My wipers were not change nor was my engine filter. My parts weren’t available. Apparently, never ordered. Keith , refunded the oils change and came out to see that my resets were done- they were not- he took care of it. Overall, he was fine, but stated that they don’t service Lexus. If that’s the case, why was the appointment made? Why did they offer to get Lexus parts?. I will drive to Sarasota for my next service More
