Keith did his best to rectify the mistakes the intake
person John and the person who made my appointment made. I made an appointment for engine filter change, wiper change and tire rotation on my Lexus.

I was told when I came in person they would order my parts. I was asked to please keep the appointment since my parts would be special order. When I checked in- I told John exactly again- what I was there for. When my service was finished and I paid my bill- I was charged for an oils change that I did not ask for, or need and tire rotation. My wipers were not change nor was my engine filter. My parts weren’t available. Apparently, never ordered. Keith , refunded the oils change and came out to see that my resets were done- they were not- he took care of it. Overall, he was fine, but stated that they don’t service Lexus. If that’s the case, why was the appointment made? Why did they offer to get Lexus parts?. I will drive to Sarasota for my next service

We are terribly sorry to hear about the errors that occurred in regards to additional work being done and the the requested items not being done. We do service the Lexus brand but if yours is still covered under service warranty it needs to be done by a Lexus dealer. Again you have our utmost apologies and we thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

These were not warranty items that needed taken care of- it was routine 15k service. I would have paid for it either way. But thanks you for your response
