Happy to get a scheduled appointment, checked in and service completed on time. My service representative was efficient, friendly, and did not push when I declined a couple of recommended things I plann service completed on time. My service representative was efficient, friendly, and did not push when I declined a couple of recommended things I planned on doing next time in. Well worth a small extra drive from North Fort Myers. More

Someone stole a specialty flashlight that I left on my key ring left my car there to be serviced took it not happy about that and I needed it for work leave people stuff alone and just service my car key ring left my car there to be serviced took it not happy about that and I needed it for work leave people stuff alone and just service my car will not be going back there will go to someone else and the young man that checked me in didn't bother to look on the Monitor and was trying to charge me for my service which I already prepaid but he said he didn't feel like checking the Monitor and I didn't appreciate that that is not good customer service More

I had the pleasure to have John Tremblay help me. He took such great care of me. It was my first time ever taking my car to maintenance.
