The Customer service l received at Gettel Toyota was outstanding. They were able to take my vehicle on Saturday without an appointment, and give a complete diagnosis of what the problem was and any othe outstanding. Unauthorized service, may have to take legal action if not resolved! I have consulted an attorney and I will give dealer a chance to refund unauthorized charges before I take legal action! I will forward my experience to the Better business bureau, Consumer affairs, local news media! I’m completely astonished how they could even think of scamming consumers and expect to get away with it! I am still waiting on my refund check for over charges that we agreed on, I will be satisfied if it comes in before the credit card bill that I was over charged with. More
