I have owned 4 tundra’s and trade them every 2 or 3 years. Two I bought from Gettel. My recent service I was told I need new lug nuts not covered under warranty. Of course the nuts are starting to roun years. Two I bought from Gettel. My recent service I was told I need new lug nuts not covered under warranty. Of course the nuts are starting to round because of careless impact driver use. Service tech said they were $26 each. Five on each wheel so you do the math. I do minor research and I can get original OEM Toyota nuts online for $10. Sad that Gettel decided to gouge a loyal customer. I will never return to that dealership again and may buy a Ford F-150 when I trade next year. Penny wise and pound foolish. I hope it works out for them. More
