They are completely unresponsive to customers and do not answer phone calls or text messages at all. I have visited the dealership four times for service appointments and repairs regarding a paint issue tha answer phone calls or text messages at all. I have visited the dealership four times for service appointments and repairs regarding a paint issue that has existed since I purchased the car, but they have still failed to resolve the problem. I have also sent multiple emails to different staff members asking for this issue to be fixed, but no one has ever responded. I am extremely disappointed. More

Mrs. Stephanie Spangler was absolutely amazing. She provided an estimate and was able to get me scheduled as early as 2 weeks. The wait time was almost spot on and she was very attentive.
