Dealership was acceptable. Information on vehicle wasn't complete. Not overly impressed.with outcome. Their personnel worked hard to accommodate me. Right from the first text message on 8/27, Josh Driscoll was fast to answer my questions and even called to make sure I was clear on a few details. When we had the opportunity to meet Josh on Friday evenin was fast to answer my questions and even called to make sure I was clear on a few details. When we had the opportunity to meet Josh on Friday evening (8/29), he was wrapping up his day, but stayed to help us find the right car. Instead of letting us leave because the car we originally wanted wasn't available, Josh suggested a different model altogether. We loved the car so much that we made the purchase that night! We didn't have to negotiate at all - Josh gave us a better deal than I could have imagined and there was zero pressure to buy! This was the best car purchasing experience that we've ever had. Excellent experience with Beaver Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of working with Josh Driscoll and Chris Muneton, on Friday 08/01/2025. I found a truck on auto trader, Black 2020 GMC Canyon and I had the pleasure of working with Josh Driscoll and Chris Muneton, on Friday 08/01/2025. I found a truck on auto trader, Black 2020 GMC Canyon and it was just what we were looking for. Arrived at dealer and was promptly met by Josh. Right off he was professional, friendly and made us feel at ease. The truck was not on the lot yet since it was a new arrival and Josh was able to drive it right up to us. Took for a test drive and Josh was knowledgeable about the truck and was quick to share with us. We decided to purchase the truck. Then Chris came out and we talked numbers and were able to quickly come to an agreeable price. The process was painless and actually enjoyable, that's right enjoyable! How many can say that about purchasing a vehicle? Loved that all of the paperwork is not paper, everything was digitized, which means you got a small thumb drive instead of a stack of papers you have to keep track of. The whole process took less than 2 hours, and really it didn't even feel like it took that long, due to it feeling like you were spending time with family. There were a few things left to do before the truck was ready so we agreed to pick it up on Saturday 08/02/2025. That was so quick on Saturday, however, the drivers seat was making a grinding noise when I went to adjust the seat. It didn't make that noise when we test drove it. I let Josh know the issue and he advised to call service dept to make appt. Took truck home and other than the seat no issues. I will tell you I usually hate visiting a Dealer service dept. However we set up appt for Tuesday, took it in were greeted by a very friendly gentleman (didn't get his name) and he stated we would be assisted by Sammy. Within 15 minutes we explained the issue, they took the truck back and in a blink of the eye he was back. It seemed somehow a magnet got in the track, most likely when they were finishing up the detailing, We were in and out in less than an hour. WOW! They really live up to the slogan "We're here to wow you". 100%. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will continue to do business with "Beaver". Oh, and thank you for the laptop! More
